As well as being a qualified Sports Therapist, Ashley is also a professional exercise instructor and personal trainer. He has worked with clients from recreational hobbyists, through semi professional sports, up to elite athlete standard. This has covered a wide range of sports including Football, Athletics, Running, Hockey, Boxing and American Football.
He also helps people who do not come from a sporting or exercise background but instead require treatment for conditions stemming from everyday life, whether it’s time spent driving, sitting at a desk or manual labour and heavy lifting.
Ashley prides himself on providing evidence-based treatments and advice on ways to lead a healthier lifestyle. His overall aim is to create value in clients’ lives by helping them to feel better.
